Turnkey Management
BC Steel Ltd does not itself conduct construction services. Instead, we have set up a separate contracting company, namely Build Right Construction Group Ltd. (BRCG) with whom you could sign an agreement for any of the turnkey services listed herein:
Permit Documentation.
BRCG can provide engineering, surveying, Geotech, and architecture drawings (as needed) with the associated Schedule B’s, C’s and Certificates of Insurance.
Excavation.
BRCG contractor managers can coordinate delivery of equipment needed, as well as undertake excavation to prep the site for concrete footings as well as backfill at completion. This includes trenching for through-concrete conduits for electrical and plumbing.
Erecting and Insulating.
BRCG have professional, experienced, safety-conscious crews which can erect the structure, insulate it with required R values, or even line the inside walls as requested.
Windows and Doors.
Your building is delivered with frames only and therefore you need to source, and install, these from local suppliers. BRCG is able to attend to this for you including installing overheads.
Foundation Work.
Although BRCG does NOT do concrete work, BRCG will coordinate the concrete work on your behalf if requested but BRCG is able to directly install screw piles is this happens to be the foundation design.
